General Directions
Paragraph 103ZA(1)(a) of the Child Support (Registration and Collection) Act 1988 (the Act) permits the Principal Member to give general directions as to the procedure to be followed by the SSAT in connection with the review of decisions under Part VIIA of the Act.
These Directions commence on 16 December 2012.
