We treat complaints about the SSAT seriously and may use the
information you provide to improve our service to all SSAT users by
changing the way we work.
To make a complaint, please contact
us either in person, by mail, telephone, fax or email.
If you are dissatisfied at any time with our handling of your
complaint, or you feel that your complaint has still not been dealt
with satisfactorily, you may contact an office of the Commonwealth
Ombudsman, who has an office in each State and Territory and can be
contacted by telephoning 1300 362 072 (local call cost).
