Child Support Appeal Hearing Transcripts

The SSAT electronically records most child support appeal hearings. Due to privacy requirements recordings are not available to parties and are not routinely transcribed. However, subject to any directions or orders made during the hearing, parties to a child support appeal may purchase a transcript in the event of a further court appeal on a point of law.

Auscript is the company assigned as the transcription provider for applicants or other parties requesting their hearing transcript. Parties wishing to purchase a transcript should complete the order form below and post, fax or email it to Auscript (see below for contact details). The cost associated with a transcription request is indicated on the order form - applicants and parties should review the cost prior to proceeding.
